Groenewout Celebrates Anniversary in the Netherlands 

Six decades of company history, more than 4,500 completed projects, and a clear vision for the future of logistics: Dutch logistics and supply chain consultancy Groenewout celebrated its 60th anniversary together with customers, partners, and employees. More than 100 guests gathered at the historic Bovendonk Monastery in Hoeven to reflect on the company’s development while discussing the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for the industry. 

What began in 1966 as an engineering consultancy founded by Cor Groenewout evolved over the decades into one of the Benelux region’s leading independent logistics and supply chain consultancies. While the company’s early years focused primarily on technical engineering projects and building-related initiatives, its expertise gradually expanded toward the design and optimization of logistics networks, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes. Since its founding, Groenewout has successfully delivered more than 4,500 projects for over 1,300 customers across 42 countries. In the past decade alone, the company has completed an average of 75 projects annually for approximately 55 different customers. Supported by a team of around 20 employees and a network of specialized consultants, Groenewout provides advisory services across the entire supply chain. 

An Anniversary Focused on Reflection and Future Perspectives 

The anniversary event at Bovendonk Monastery on the 18th of June 2026, was deliberately designed to look beyond the company’s past achievements. The guests took the opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss developments within the industry, and explore the requirements that businesses will face in the years ahead. Presentations on leadership, change, personal development, and influence addressed topics that are becoming increasingly relevant in a dynamic business environment. At the same time, the event provided ample opportunity for personal conversations and exchanges with long-standing customers, partners, and industry companions.

A significant milestone in the company’s recent history was its acquisition by EPG Consulting in 2023. Through this step, Groenewout became part of one of Europe’s leading independent supply chain and logistics consulting organizations.
