Guest lecturer SCM – VU University Amsterdam 2020
Groenewout has shared his knowledge and extensive experience in supply chain management as a guest lecturer at the VU University of Amsterdam on February 26th.
This year the lecture was about how to align supply chains with business strategies. For instance cost leadership companies require a different operations approach than what differentiators should do. Groenewout explained different approaches and value drivers based on successful examples. Some of them have a very competitive advantage thanks to a well performing supply chain.
